The staff quickly registered me under new conditions, but later confirmed that my original booking was indeed in the system. It was an error on their end, which they promptly corrected. I want to thank the entire hotel staff for maintaining such a high level of service, especially the reception team. They were patient, understanding, and resolved the issue with professionalism, all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile—something that is becoming rare in many service industries nowadays. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and I look forward to staying here again!

Sbahn direct to airport 10mn walk away supermarket and restaurants nearby river and park 10mn walk away Staff professional and courteous, respecting preferred room requests and helpful with all questions Breakfast is good quality with various selections Wifi and air con all good room has high ceiling and big windows looking out to garden, quiet and good insulation comfortable bed room cleaned daily fridge filled with sodas and water daily shower instead of bathtub separate toilet room windows with light blocking outdoor mechanical shades, very good insulation hotel very clean large and inviting lobby and beautiful restaurant with outdoor seatings and nice relaxing bar Overall excellent value for the price

Our room was bright, spacious and exceptionally clean. Big comfortable bed, fantastic power shower and plenty of space for our belongings. The mini bar with the complimentary selection of local soft drinks, beers and water was a lovely touch. There was a steamer in the wardrobe which was very handy and robes & slippers were also provided. The reception staff were lovely - really welcoming and friendly. Check out time was 12 noon however we asked if we could leave our room at 1pm as our flight home wasn’t until later in the afternoon and reception were more than happy to arrange this for us. We had breakfast included in our booking - this was quite a basic offering in the restaurant but tasty enough. I would certainly stay here again and definitely recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the U-Bahn and within easy reach of the city center, making it perfect for exploring the area. The food was also great, with a good variety of delicious options for breakfast. We had halfboard so we enjoy every evening 3 course dinner which was always tasty and fantastic. You could choose from 3 options for maincourse. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
